You may view, link to, and quote short portions of the Site for non-commercial reference and reporting purposes, provided you attribute the material to ntelio and do not mislead as to its source. Logos, trademarks, and content of third parties referenced on the Site (partners, customers, technology vendors) belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Consumers in the EU and UK retain the protections of mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.
10Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance.
11General
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ntelio regarding the Site.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms.
